The LPN/RPN works as a professional member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs within their level of competency. They integrate knowledge, skills, judgment, and interpersonal attributes to provide safe and ethical services. The LPN/RPN is responsible and accountable for their own practice, which is regulated and monitored.

Qualifications
1. Demonstrates leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
2. Completion of Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse program from an accredited institution.
3.
Registration and good standing with BCCNM.
4. At least 3 years of experience with seniors' health.
5. Current CPR certification.
6. Working knowledge of MS Office programs.
7. Demonstrates AgeCare’s values of Trust, Respect, Quality, and Teamwork.
Compensation
Wage: $31.89 - $54.28 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
