The dental assistant role

Dental Assistants at Williams Lake Dental are a key part of helping our patients look forward to the dentist. Dental assistants are responsible for maintaining a secure and clean work environment in compliance with health & safety standards. Dental assistants help increase the efficiency of our dentists and deliver high-quality care to each patient. Most of all, dental assistants are part of a collaborative dental team, have supportive leadership, have access to ongoing training to advance their careers, and enjoy great benefits.

Services Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday)

The dental assistant we are looking for has:

- Is certified by the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
- A high level of integrity and dependability and a focus on results

As a dental assistant at Williams Lake Dental, you will:

- Provide exceptional dental care
- Coach our patients to increase their dental knowledge and enthusiasm about at-home dental care
- Build long-lasting, trusting relationships with dental patients
- Help patients look forward to the dentist
