Support diverse HR functions as a proactive HR Administrator. Engage in recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance and data integrity across HR systems.
In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate closely with HR Management to implement key HR initiatives and nurture company values. You will contribute to a continuous improvement culture while managing employee information in HRIS, facilitating talent acquisition, and maintaining compliance with audits. Your expertise in data management and HR processes will be crucial in supporting the overall HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing talent acquisition processes
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation
• Administer employee information changes in HRIS
• Collaborate on benefits program communications
• Generate reports for HRIS analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of HR experience
• Preferably background in the construction industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
