Key Responsibilities:
• Develop people strategies with leadership alignment • Use data for workforce modeling and capacity forecasts • Champion AI literacy across management • Lead performance lifecycle initiatives using data analytics • Facilitate training on AI and digital skills
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field • Proven AI curiosity and tool utilization • Experience in SaaS or tech environments • Robust data analysis and presentation skills • Experience with R&D; and Finance departments
