In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the operations of the Board of Directors through strategic planning and management of meetings. This involves administering compensation programs and assisting with materials for Annual General Meetings. Your impactful communication will bridge the gap between various stakeholders, ensuring a balanced governance approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate Board and committee meetings
• Administer compensation programs and expense claims
• Support logistics for Annual General and special Members’ meetings




• Communicate effectively with Board members and leadership
• Manage records retention for governance materials
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of corporate administrative experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and AV tools
• Excellent organizational skills for multitasking
• Robust communication skills across all levels
