Join our team as a Finance Clerk specialized in pensions accounting. Focus on processing and verifying cheque transactions and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment in Edmonton.

In this full time temporary role, you will thrive in a dynamic setting, ensuring all cheque deposits are accurate and appropriately receipted. You'll conduct research necessary to verify transaction details and manage workflows while supporting the Trust Fund Accounting and Client Payments teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Process and manage cheque deposits accurately • Conduct research to confirm cheque recipient details • Complete associated workflows for pension plans • Investigate and process refund requests for overpayments • Upload bank files and manage discrepancies

Requirements: • Relevant degree/diploma with 4+ years of experience • Knowledge of payroll and accounting practices • Familiarity with electronic banking procedures • Experience with Great Plains and Microsoft CRM • Solid analytical and communication skills
