This role bridges HR management and business needs, focusing on supportive collaboration with department managers and staff. Responsibilities include enhancing employee relations, guiding training programs, recruiting current hires, and managing performance strategies. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain business literacy about unit’s plans and culture
• Enhance work relationships to boost morale and retention
• Act as employee champion,

• Collaborate on applicable training identifies for staff
• Manage recruitment and terminations following protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years HR experience as an HRBP
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources required
• Valid driver’s license and accessible vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
