Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Estimator / Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in industrial services like hydrovac, CCTV, or industrial cleaning. This role requires strong technical insight and leadership skills—combining accurate project cost estimation with proactive management. Ideal candidates are organized, punctual, respectful, driven to overcome challenges, and thrive both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and proposals for hydrovac, CCTV, and industrial cleaning projects.
- Lead project execution: manage resources and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and monitor budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- Track progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain organized documentation, from bids to final reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 3–5 years of professional experience in estimating and managing projects within hydrovac, CCTV, or industrial cleaning sectors.
- A valid driver’s license—essential for site visits and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)—critical for reporting, data analysis,



and documentation.
- Independent, organized, punctual, and respectful—demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Solid problem-solving mindset; able to take on and navigate challenges proactively.
- Civil Technician or Engineer credential—provides technical acumen supportive of precise estimations.
- Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.
