Key Responsibilities:
• Support activities of daily living for individuals served • Monitor and administer prescribed medications • Implement and review Support Plans and Behavioral Support Plans • Assist with home-related duties like cooking and cleaning • Drive individuals to programs and activities as needed
Requirements: • Graduate in relevant field (DSW, BST, etc.) • Certificates in CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Intervention • Completion of recognized pharmacology course required • Valid class G driving license • Robust interpersonal and communication skills
