Lead payroll operations as a dedicated professional in a Canadian in-house payroll environment. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and team oversight while driving process improvements.

This role is pivotal for the Finance team, providing end-to-end administration of all payroll functions. You will oversee payroll operations for both union and non-union employees while maintaining adherence to legal standards and internal controls. Additionally, the position involves managing benefit plans, year-end processes, and ensuring all payroll documentation is current and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily payroll operations and team leadership • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with audits • Administer payroll for union and non-union employees • Manage Group RRSP and Extended Health advantages • Maintain current payroll documentation and processes

Requirements: • 10 years of Canadian multi-union payroll experience • Proficient in federal and local payroll legislation • Knowledge of payroll software platforms preferred • Post-secondary education required • PCP/CPM designations considered an asset
