This position plays a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of contribution agreements and related contracts. As a member of the legal team, you will deliver sound governance, support program delivery, and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise is vital in ensuring compliance with the organization’s objectives and industry standards while collaborating with senior leadership and various internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Draft, review, negotiate,
and finalize contribution agreements • Manage contract negotiations and amendments effectively • Update templates and clauses for consistency • Support governance matters and board processes • Advise on confidentiality, IP, and risk issues
Requirements: • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent qualification • 5+ years of relevant legal experience • Experience with high-volume contract negotiations • Membership in the Law Society of Alberta preferred • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
