Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality HR consulting across a diverse client base • Assist in employee relations and policy development initiatives • Conduct compensation reviews and create wage grids • Participate in proposal development for workshops and events • Remain current on HR trends and consulting practices
Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field • 3+ years of progressive HR experience required • Robust knowledge of Employment Standards Act and related laws • Effective communicator with strong organizational skills • CHRP or CHRL designation in progress is a plus
