In this impactful role, you will coach and train new advisors in the financial services industry during their crucial first four years. You'll work collaboratively with district teams, focusing on developing holistic practices in life, health, and wealth products. Your leadership will inspire advisors to achieve their financial objectives, while monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Recruit candidates for advisor roles through networking • Train and onboard new advisors effectively • Coach advisors in developing their business practices • Support advisors in meeting sales and client goals • Analyze advisor data to enhance business performance

Requirements: • 2+ years in financial services is essential • Valid Life Insurance Agent’s license required • Must obtain Mutual Fund license within 90 days • Proficient in Salesforce and financial planning software • Strong sales management and mentoring abilities
