Responsibilities

Red Apple Stores is recruiting for an experienced Store Manager for our Fort Frances, ON location. If you are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven retail career with great growth potential, love serving customers and connecting with your local community this may be a great fit for you!

- Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the store.
- Control expenses and manage customer relations.
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
- Ensure merchandise is filled and the store is easy to shop.
- Follow all merchandise and marketing guidelines.
- Recruit, train, develop, motivate and manage a team of Associates & Keyholders.




- Set up ads properly and on time.
- Receive and manage freight & deliveries.
- Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Experience

- 1–2 years retail management experience.
- Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Career minded, a self‑starter, and customer oriented.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.
- Strong communication, organisational, leadership, decision‑making and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, super friendly, adaptable, efficient and professional manner.
