Deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Hearth Technical Support Consultant. Provide expert troubleshooting and support for installations, repairs, and maintenance, managing inquiries across various channels.
In this role, you will handle technical inquiries, identify installation issues, and document customer interactions in the CRM system. Your responsibilities include guiding service technicians and customers through general maintenance and troubleshooting activities while ensuring accurate processing of replacement parts orders. Collaboration is key as you work with internal teams to improve product quality and support documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to first-level technical inquiries effectively • Troubleshoot and visualize potential installation issues • Document case information in CRM systems • Maintain and update support documents and manuals • Identify and track product quality issues and feedback
Requirements: • Experience in Hearth manufacturing preferred • Minimum G3 certification or equivalent experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM data management • Relevant customer service and technical experience required • Solid communication and relationship-building skills
