Job Description: The Assessor Coordinator Degree Senior works as a member and the team lead of a multi-disciplinary team. The incumbent will provide clinical supervision and leadership to interdisciplinary regulated/unregulated team members. The incumbent will be responsible for assessment, determination of presenting issue, case management, crisis intervention, clinical consultation, education and referral services for clients and their families as appropriate, representing the streams of service delivery:



addiction, mental health and concurrent addiction and mental health issues. The incumbent will participate in addiction and mental health prevention/promotion activities and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of addiction and mental health resources in the community. The incumbent will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to provide a continuum of recovery oriented services to clients accessing community Addiction and Mental Health services.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

- Min. 2 years of experience in a Mental Health and Addiction setting is required.

Education

- Bachelor of Science in Human Services (BSHS)

Licenses

- Valid Class 5 driver's license
