This role calls for an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, managing deployments and configurations for a multi-site organization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, improving processes, and providing clear technical support to users, ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: • Provide end user support via IT help desk • Manage workstation and mobile device deployments • Build, test,
and maintain device configurations • Troubleshoot endpoint issues methodically • Document processes and seek automation opportunities
Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma in IT or related field • Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-site IT environments • Hands-on with Microsoft Intune required • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Valid driver's license for site travel
