As a crucial HR generalist, you will focus on strategic partnership and support across all facets of Human Resources. Your role includes providing consultative advice on people management approaches, interpreting collective agreements, and guiding recruitment processes. With a commitment to continuous improvement, you will work on performance management initiatives and support workplace investigations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide consultative HR support to leaders • Evaluate and classify new positions • Advise on collective agreements and policies • Facilitate talent acquisition for senior roles • Conduct workplace investigations with actionable reports

Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum 5 years as an HR generalist • CPHR designation preferred • Experience in post-secondary or public organizations • Familiar with HR Information Systems
