What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting plan sponsors in the management of their benefit plans
- Assisting plan members in using our software and understanding their coverage
- Contributing meaningfully to our development team in continuously improving the software through user acceptance testing, bug identification and product refinement
- Expanding your abilities as a subject matter expert in employee benefits data
- Developing expertise across a wide range of benefits carriers, plans and contracts
- Working independently in completing daily tasks
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience, bringing greater understanding to clients and resolving their benefits questions
- Delivering support by live chat, email and phone in English (and French, if bilingual)
- Other duties as assigned

- Fluency in French is an asset but not required

- Mandatory GBA Certification Program – We'll sponsor your path to earning the internationally recognized Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation through all three certification levels
- Paid study time – Five hours per week during work hours dedicated to your professional development, with progressive salary increases upon completion of each certification level
