Oversee Sales Execution operations to ensure seamless product delivery in customer locations. Focus on customer satisfaction and maximizing sales execution for leading beverage brands.

In this role, you will lead the Sales Execution team and translate business strategies into day-to-day operations. Your duties will include training and evaluating team members, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring product availability in stores. This position requires solid leadership and collaboration with internal partners to achieve target objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead, train,



and assess performance of Sales Execution team • Build partnerships and respond effectively to customer needs • Monitor adherence to execution standards through store visits • Schedule workforce to align with business volume • Manage budget to maintain operational efficiency

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar • 1-3 years' experience in sales required • Experience in consumer goods account management • Proficient in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to foster strong customer relationships
