Key Responsibilities:
• Support coordination across preconstruction and construction phases
• Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders effectively
• Contribute to project schedules using Procore software
• Liaise with site teams and trade partners for project success
• Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience in coordination
• Background in commercial or institutional projects preferred
• Solid understanding of construction administration and scheduling
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Office tools
