This role requires your expertise in reviewing property financial statements and ensuring accuracy in rent rolls, recoveries, and capital expenditures. You will collaborate closely with property and asset managers to provide insights and conduct variance analysis. As a junior controller, manage all full-cycle accounting tasks including payroll oversight and support strategic decision-making with operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee property financial statements and variance analysis • Ensure accuracy in rent rolls and capital expenditures • Manage full-cycle accounting aspects and month-end close • Prepare consolidated financial statements for entities • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors

Requirements: • CPA designation is mandatory • 5+ years in accounting or finance, public accounting experience • Strong knowledge of ASPE and investment accounting • Advanced Excel and accounting software skills • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset
