Your Role
An Inside Sales Representative is the face of the company. It is crucial to ensure that exemplary service is delivered to sell products and services while maintaining GardaWorld’s image. You are part of a team-oriented team that supports you, your ideas, and your success.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Confidently and professionally respond to customer telephone inquiries using the tools and resources provided.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem‑solving skills.
- Enter data accurately.
- Make recommendations on improvements or changes that may benefit clients and increase efficiencies.
- Know the products inside and out to answer questions promptly and with confidence.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Be willing to take on other projects and duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
- Computer literate.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate well with a multi‑generational, multi‑level team.
- Weekend, evenings, on‑call, and statutory holiday work may be required.
