Leverage your logistics expertise as a Logistics Coordinator. You'll manage daily material flows and inventory while supporting compliance with safety and environmental standards in a collaborative environment.
This position focuses on effective logistics operations and effective inventory management. Working closely with Warehouse Managers and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies. You will coordinate material flows and engage in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to warehouse layout optimization and conducting audits for inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily material flows, including reception and shipping
• Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system
• Monitor logistics KPIs for performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and practices
• Ensure compliance with storage regulations for sensitive materials
Requirements:
• 7–10 years in logistics, warehousing, or materials coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Knowledge of Ontario Health and Safety Act
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills
