Description

MT>Align is seeking English speaking, French speaking, and fully bilingual highly motivated junior and experienced employment lawyers to join our roster. The candidate must have experience in:

- Deep knowledge of the B.C. human rights code and is capable of running with new files at the tribunal
- Minimum 3 years experience in human rights law
- Outstanding analytical, drafting, communication and negotiation skills




- A demonstrated practical approach to managing and resolving workplace issues
- Experience with employee discipline; investigations; terminations; human rights; disability compensation; independent contractor relationships and litigation
- Experience with workplace policies
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task in face paced environments
