Drive field safety initiatives as a Field Safety Advisor in Alberta. Provide in office leadership, support, and compliance oversight to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved.
This role focuses on daily safety requirements at project sites. You will be a visible presence, coaching and assisting teams to meet safety expectations, while conducting inspections and participating in incident investigations. Further, you will facilitate safety meetings, ensuring that all regulations are adhered to by staff and communicated effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety culture adherence in the field
• Communicate safety standards to field staff
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis




• Conduct regular safety meetings and report findings
• Review job safety analyses with work crews
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary education in a related field
• 5 years’ experience in field safety roles
• National Construction Safety Officer Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license with abstract review
