The Opportunity
As a Jackson-Triggs Winery Associate, you create the experience our guests remember. From the moment they arrive, you have a direct impact on the lasting memories by providing an exceptional tasting experience and beyond.
Daily Life
- Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and enthusiastic way. Kindness and individual personalities are encouraged!
- Tasting room duties include but not limited to telling our story, pouring wine samples, food service, maintaining wine & merchandise levels, wine sales, promoting our wine club, using our POS system, polishing glassware, daily closing procedures as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
- Help the team meet sales targets
Requirements
- 19 years of age or older.
- Serving It Right certificate.
- Must possess a passion for people, wine, food and the hospitality industry.
- WSET or ISG considered an asset but not mandatory.
- Detail oriented,
multitasking ability and strong work ethic required – individually and as part of a team.
- Courteous, friendly, positive attitude.
- Able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to work weekends throughout the season.
