Responsibilities:

1. Attend and complete all aspects of the 1-800-BOARDUP training program.
2. Complete and document all items of 1-800-BOARDUP’s Onboarding Plan.
3. Provide education and assistance to fire/disaster victims as needed.
4. Prepare weekly activity reports for your direct supervisor.
5. Work closely with the board-up crews and customers to ensure safety and care for our citizens.
6. Collaborate with company Estimator/Sales personnel to ensure proper handoff to customers, maintaining involvement until trust is established.
7. Meet with community groups to explain our role to the public.
8. Participate in and plan fundraising charity events benefiting local charities.

Additional Information:

Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week, including education, marketing, and events, unless otherwise agreed. On-call for emergency response (weather permitting).

Wages: Negotiable, with flexible schedule, marketing budget, car and cell allowances, and a generous bonus structure.
