Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a crucial role in financial management, overseeing all accounting and analysis functions. This includes preparation of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and lender reporting, while also managing project accounting for key developments. With significant exposure to senior executives, this role is pivotal for influencing the organization’s strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare financial statements as per accounting standards • Conduct cash flow analysis for individual and portfolio entities • Manage lender reporting and internal debt schedules • Oversee project accounting and lead draw processes • Collaborate on due diligence and financial modeling

Requirements: • University degree required • 6-7 years of finance-related experience • Background in financing and project accounting • Solid Excel skills essential • Experience in hospitality or real estate preferred
