This position entails overseeing the planning, management, and execution of projects related to water supply and wastewater treatment plants. You will be a key technical resource, providing support to operation staff and ensuring all engineering designs meet the highest standards. Required skills include project management, technical specification development, and in-depth knowledge of municipal engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of project delivery from conception to construction • Write and evaluate proposals for compliance with regional guidelines • Approve engineering drawings and technical designs • Support operations with procedures and maintenance • Assist in budgets and annual business plans
Requirements: • Degree in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering • Skilled Engineer license in Ontario • Extensive experience in wastewater facility project management • Proficient in MS Office, CAD, and project management tools • Valid Class G Ontario Driver's License
