Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager. Provide technical leadership and drive engineering excellence while managing a team across diverse mechanical programs.
In this key position, you will lead a mechanical engineering organization and ensure alignment with manufacturing and customer specifications. A strong emphasis on mentoring and developing engineering talent is essential. You will oversee technical planning, execution, and coordination across multiple engineering and manufacturing disciplines within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a mechanical engineering team
• Ensure accountability for mechanical system designs
• Manage technical project execution and risk assessment




• Drive compliance with industry codes and standards
• Develop customer relationships and improve business initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation essential
• Minimum of 10 years in mechanical engineering
• Experience with hyperscale data centers preferred
• Proven leadership skills in engineering teams
