This role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities at a Summer Day Camp while ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll provide leadership and support to program staff, oversee off-site field trips, and manage equipment. Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies is crucial, alongside completing administrative tasks related to program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize summer camp programming
• Supervise daily camp operations and staff activities
• Coordinate off-site field trips with safety planning
• Manage equipment usage and assist with purchasing
• Communicate effectively with participants and parents
Requirements:
• Enrollment in post-secondary studies by Fall 2026 required
• Experience in recreational or camp settings
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
