Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy for Category and Revenue Growth Management teams • Develop go-to-market strategies for various channels • Monitor and recommend adjustments for full-year projections • Collaborate with finance to meet key financial metrics • Drive synergies and efficiencies across processes
Requirements: • 12+ years in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Category Leadership • Strong analytical and negotiation skills • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams • Knowledge of P&L; management and Nielsen data • Valid class G driver’s license for travel
