This role requires a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a related field, ideally within healthcare or long-term care. You will develop solid client relationships, maintain knowledge of resident preferences, and implement operational best practices. Responsibilities also include supporting in office management and ensuring compliance with Food Safety Plans and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met through effective menu planning • Maintain client relationships for high customer satisfaction • Develop and implement a Food Safety Plan • Train staff on operational standards and quality assurance • Conduct regular client site visits for operational reviews
Requirements: • 5+ years of management experience in related field • Preferred experience in healthcare or senior living • Strong skills in financial management and operations • Valid driver’s license for minimal travel • Effective communication and teamwork skills
