Lead the Service, Maintenance, and Warranty division as an experienced Service Manager. Drive customer satisfaction, improve team performance, and support business growth through effective leadership in a thriving environment.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations while managing a team of technicians. Your primary focus will be on achieving objectives and sales goals while ensuring high-quality service. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and developing recent maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Service Department staff and technicians
• Oversee all service, maintenance, and warranty operations




• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster client relations
• Develop new maintenance contracts and negotiate terms
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in service management (plumbing/HVAC/construction)
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of scheduling and job costing systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
