ITC Infotech is lookin for Power BI Developer to join our team in Canada.

Location : Vancouver, Canada (Hybrid – You’ll have to be there at client location for 3-4 days)

Role

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging solid SQL skills and modern data orchestration practices to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in writing efficient DAX AND in optimizing DAX
- Expertise in data warehousing concept, data modeling and creating semantic models using Power BI including being knowledgeable about Star/Snowflake schemas, different kinds of relationships, row-level-security, etc.
- Keen eye for building visually appealing dashboards and reports with meaningful and intuitive UX
- Ability to optimize report performance (Data model size, refresh performance,



end-user query performance)
- Experience in troubleshooting bugs, insufficient performance etc.
- Solid working experience with cloud databases, such as Snowflake, Azure SQL etc.
- Experience DevOps and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
- Experience working in AGILE teams, using tools like JIRA to update and coordinate work
- Understanding of data governance, security, and role-based access in Power BI
- Familiarity with core financial concepts (e.g., P&L;, balance sheet, KPIs)

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics roles
- Strong proficiency and proven work experience in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Experience with relational databases and data warehousing concepts
