Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program operations and ensure quality service delivery
• Maintain effective relationships with community partners
• Mentor and cultivate a supportive team environment
• Develop and review program documentation and evaluations
• Conduct outreach in wide-ranging weather conditions with essential gear
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma with relevant youth work experience
• Two years in program leadership within youth services
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Clean criminal record and BC driver's license
• Knowledge of local communities advantageous
