We’re looking for a Service Requisition Analyst (Project Controls Coordinator I) to play a critical role in purchase orders, change orders, and project cost management across major engineering and construction initiatives.

✅ Edmonton or Calgary

✅ Hybrid: In office Mon–Tues–Thurs | Remote Wed–Fri

✅ 37.5 hours/week | Work‑life balance supported

? Compensation

? $38.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

? Contract: May 4, 2026 – May 3, 2027

? Start ASAP (extensions possible)

? What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key cost control expert supporting capital projects from requisition through invoice:

✔️ Own purchase requisitions in Oracle Financials

✔️ Act as the single point of contact for PO & change order creation

✔️ Collaborate with Project Controls, Engineering & Execution teams

✔️ Track & analyze PO/CO status using Oracle, Power BI, Excel & SharePoint

✔️ Support funding reviews, contract revisions & invoice validation

✔️ Improve efficiency across invoicing and financial workflows

? What You Bring

We’re looking for experienced, detail‑driven professionals who understand project environments:





✅ Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related)

✅ 3+ years’ experience supporting Purchase Orders for capital projects

✅ Strong knowledge of project cost control best practices

✅ Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud

✅ Confident communicator who thrives in matrixed teams
