Lead quality assurance initiatives as a Senior QA Team Leader. Oversee compliance with ISO standards and ensure safety for aviation projects while mentoring a specialized QA team in Moose Jaw.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will report to both the Regional Manager and the Program Director. This role includes managing a team of Quality Assurance experts and driving operational excellence through adherence to regulatory and quality standards. Your leadership will be critical in enhancing the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety management system.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead a team focused on aviation quality assurance • Ensure ISO compliance and safety requirements are met • Conduct audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement • Report on KPIs to gauge operational effectiveness • Facilitate training in quality processes and standards

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required • 5+ years in Quality or Compliance roles preferred • Robust understanding of ISO standards and auditing • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams • Eligible for Canadian work and security clearances
