Enhance employee and labour relations as a proactive Program Coordinator. Support collective bargaining initiatives, manage team operations, and deliver data-driven insights in a hybrid work setting.
In this role, you will assist in advancing employee and labour relations strategies while collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives, conducting research, and coordinating union engagement. This hybrid position requires excellent analytical and communication skills to ensure alignment with institutional priorities and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of ELR strategic initiatives
• Monitor timelines and deliverables across projects
• Conduct high-level ELR research and data analysis
• Manage calendars and prioritize confidential matters
• Coordinate collective bargaining activities and documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2-3 years experience in HR, preferably in labour relations
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google applications
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work effectively
Drive initiatives and foster collaboration within the labour relations landscape to promote effective processes and outcomes.
