Drive tactical planning in supply chain management as a Planner II. This role ensures effective demand fulfillment, parts availability, and inventory control within a energetic value stream environment.
As a Planner II, you will manage day-to-day operations, create balanced plans, and communicate with stakeholders. You’ll work closely with production, materials, and customer service teams to validate and adjust plans based on real-time conditions. Your impact includes maintaining customer relationships and supporting high-performance outcomes within the assigned value stream.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed supply plans through rebuilds and seeding
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate plans
• Communicate shipments, delays, and risks effectively
• Monitor core flow in alignment with plan requirements
• Generate plan attainment reporting regularly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Commerce, Operations, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years in production planning or supply chain
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel skills
• Experience in inventory management considered a plus
