This term position is focused on developing student proficiency in critical reading and writing through an in-depth examination of various texts. You will utilize innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' analytical and compositional abilities, meeting on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Saskatoon campus. Candidates will contribute to a collegial workplace and engage with students to elevate their understanding of literature and writing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lectures and workshops
• Develop and assess course materials
• Evaluate student performance effectively
• Foster discussions on diverse texts
• Provide constructive feedback to students
Requirements:
• M.A. in English or M.F.A. in Creative Writing
• Teaching experience evidenced by evaluations
• Ability to work legally in Canada
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Available for in-person teaching sessions
