This role supports project lifecycle coordination and portfolio reporting, working closely with Project Managers, Portfolio teams, and leadership to ensure productive project delivery and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project lifecycle activities including gating, turnover, and closeout
- Coordinate PLGC reviews and develop closeout plans
- Track project deficiencies and turnover readiness
- Prepare weekly/monthly portfolio reports and executive presentations
- Perform variance analysis and support ad-hoc reporting requests
- Maintain reporting tools, data integrity, and SharePoint documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across projects and portfolio teams
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, or reporting
- Strong experience in project lifecycle (gating, turnover, closeout)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI preferred
- Experience with executive-level reporting and analytics
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Work Conditions
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel
- May require extended hours or after-hours support based on project needs
This role offers exposure to both project execution and portfolio-level reporting with direct interaction with senior leadership.
