Shape the training experience as a Customer Relations Training Lead. You will develop onboarding programs, enhance ongoing training, and specialize in key soft and hard skills.
In this leadership role, you will oversee training functions for new hires and current associates, focusing on customer service excellence. Responsibilities include developing materials for onboarding, maintaining training programs for skill enhancement, and directly supporting associates in performance improvement. Your expertise will also extend to case management and providing support in Tier 2 and 3 queues during training downtimes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop onboarding and training materials for recent associates
• Oversee the nesting period for new hires
• Facilitate ongoing development and skills training
• Support Tier 2 and 3 case management when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• College diploma in a related field; teaching certificate preferred
• Minimum 5 years call center experience
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
• Strong communication and training skills
• Ability to foster good team relationships
