Your expertise will be crucial for administering bankruptcies and establishing strong connections with credit counselors and other referral sources. Additionally, your role involves strategic planning and practice management to enhance service quality and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead consumer insolvency services planning
• Review and finalize BIA documentation
• Represent insolvency estates in court
• Mentor and coach team members effectively
• Network for business development opportunities
Requirements:
• Licensed Insolvency Trustee with CIRP certification
• Proven experience in consumer insolvency
• Extensive knowledge of relevant insolvency laws
• Leadership and development skills essential
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
