Drive customer satisfaction and sales as a Building Materials Sales Representative. Serve clients with expertise in product selection, maintaining high standards of service while achieving sales targets in a customer-centric environment.
As a key player in operations, you’ll report to the Assistant Store Manager and engage with customers to facilitate the purchase of building materials. This role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage CRM relationships effectively. You'll also provide support to junior staff while overseeing store operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize sales through excellent customer service
• Process payments and manage sales receivables




• Train junior representatives on products and policies
• Open and close the store as a key holder
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer-focused sales workplace
• Background in Lumber and Building Material sales
• Building Material Estimating Certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of lifting up to 25 kg
