Role Summary A Brand Business Partner will act as a trusted strategic advisor to internal partners, guiding cross‑functional teams in delivering integrated brand, communications and advertising initiatives that advance FCC’s corporate and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal partners across FCC to understand business objectives and guide the brand, communications, advertising, and creative team in delivering insight‑driven initiatives.

Develop strategic project plans and creative briefs that inspire teams and align with business goals.

Project‑manage timelines and key milestones to ensure effective delivery.

Apply marketing and communications best practices, emerging trends, and strategic thinking to shape initiatives for impactful results.

Be highly adaptable and ready to deliver on evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

Degree in marketing or communications, arts or English.

Minimum five years’ experience leading brand and communications projects.

Proven record of success in informally leading teams.





Demonstrated experience in uncovering business challenges and collaborating on integrated marketing and communications initiatives.

In‑depth knowledge of brand and communication principles and best practices.

Project management designation or experience with project‑management techniques and practices.

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Advanced proficiency in both official languages (English and French).

Preferred Qualifications

Proven leadership and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust at all levels.

Knowledge of finance and the Canadian agriculture and food industry.
