Job Description The Real Estate Development Manager is responsible for supporting key development activities, such as site/asset acquisition, entitlements, underwriting, land planning, financial underwriting, managing internal approvals,



searching for revenue generation, and supporting construction activities of RB Global’s facilities.

Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying, sourcing, and directing specific development activities to support the needs of the business

Network with customers, architects, engineers, brokers, municipal bodies, and other necessary parties in designated markets

Contribute technical and project-specific content to proposals. Participate in preparation of presentations to the executive teams

Provide project leadership throughout the delivery of all phases of the project to serve the needs of the operations, sales, and account management teams

Assist in the financing structure and contract negotiation process for new projects

Oversee and coordinate the entitlement process, underwriting, and due diligence of assigned transactions

Participate in the administration of the existing RB Global portfolio, including negotiations with existing and new landlords and other counterparties in RB Global transactions

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Technical/Qualified Engineering, construction management, real estate, finance, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience (Type/Amount): 5+ years relevant development and real estate experience

Typical Business office work environment
