Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per established guidelines
• Create a welcoming environment through teamwork
• Oversee resident care and family communication
• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit
• Conduct ongoing assessments of residents’ needs
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with CNO
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health preferred
• Robust judgment and risk assessment skills
• Ability to foster a positive environment
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
