Support day-to-day operations as an Operations and Administrative Specialist. Manage multiple tasks, provide administrative support, and maintain organization in a high-demand environment.
This full time role requires expertise in basic accounting, customer service, and advanced Excel skills. You will assist management with varied administrative duties while ensuring effective communication and adherence to safety and company protocols. It’s essential to manage deadlines and maintain a detail-oriented focus for operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to operations
• Complete client invoicing and billing processes
• Perform payroll time entry within deadlines
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports
• Assist accounting with account reconciliations
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher education required
• Minimum 2 years in basic accounting practices
• Strong proficiency in Excel and organization
• Excellent customer service and time management
• Experience in trucking industry is an asset
